Many trades, one family. Brainbar is what happens when 100+ years combined experience settles in.
Technocrane, Technodolly and robotic motion control for film, TV and commercial productions. Precision camera movement with experienced operators across Scandinavia.
Brainbar Mocap is a research, development and experimentation facility — a compact 32-camera Qualisys optical rig built for precision work, R&D and collaboration. When the project demands it, we scale up: in early 2025, supported by the Nordic Film Fund, we ran full professional workshops in a larger studio format, proving that Brainbar can deliver at any scale. The capability is there — the permanent setup is lean by design.
Applying decades of motion expertise to humanoid robot training and technical services. The frontier of what motion means — and the logical next chapter for the team.
Brainbar Enterprise operates from Filmstationen in Værløse — a decommissioned Danish Air Force base turned creative hub. The same ground where jets once stood ready now hosts one of Denmark's most specialised film technology facilities.
The Lückow family has been working in and around film for decades — building a team where motion control, motion capture, costume, software and storytelling all live under the same roof. Or at least on the same airfield.
A fun fact: Our father was part of the O2 Readiness Force that operated here — aircraft had to be airborne within 2 minutes. Allan's middle name is O. So is Holger's. Whether that's coincidence or DNA is open to debate.

Filmstationen in Værløse is more than a facility — it's a creative cluster. Brainbar's motion control and mocap operation, a professional wardrobe department, an open workshop, and collaborators across film, VFX and technology, all on the same historic site.
The workshop is open. If you want to learn from people who've worked on Avatar and Game of Thrones — using the same equipment — come and talk to us.
